Ask any returning fan what they remember most and half of them will say the pierogi window. The Night Market — forty local kitchens stretched along the park's south promenade — has grown from a side attraction into a headline act of its own.
Forty kitchens, zero repeats
Every vendor is a Chicago independent: taquerias from Pilsen, jibaritos from Humboldt Park, deep-dish spring rolls from a food-truck legend, and three bakeries that only open after 10 PM. Menus are built for one-handed eating between sets.
Plan your meals like sets
The market opens at noon and the popular stalls sell out by 9 PM, so eat early on Friday, graze on Saturday and save Sunday for the dishes you dreamed about. Vegetarian, vegan and halal options are marked on every stall and on the festival map.
Market access is included with every pass — bring an appetite and get your tickets before the August price change.
